Miguel Colon, of Milford, was arrested around 4:45 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 24, after Milford Police responded to an address on Old Gate Lane in Milford, said the Milford Police.
When police arrived on the scene they found that Colon had become embroiled in a dispute with the woman who had previously obtained a protective order against him, police said.
During the argument, Colon allegedly threatened to harm the woman and threw several items at her, police said.
He was charged with violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct, threatening, and assault.
He is being held on $2,000 bond until a court appearance on Monday, Feb. 25.
